Getting to know you

No fee involved

The first thing we’ll do is sit down and talk about your goals, discuss why you’ve come to us and help you understand your position. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or have been through the process before, this no-obligation meeting held at our expense is a crucial part of the process.

Application fees (only charged on full application):

Mortgage product transfer: No fee involved

Standard mortgages: £195

Complex mortgages and buy-to-let: £495

Face-to-face meetings will take place in our Shifnal office, where we have three meeting rooms. Home appointments are possible depending on your location. We also offer appointments via Teams or phone.

No, we do not charge VAT for our services.
