Hello, my name is Iain Alexander. I’ve been working with Claire Dentith for more than 20 years, and I’ve been with CD Financial since its inception.

I originally got in contact with Claire seeking mortgage advice and then advice on financial planning.

My first challenges and aspirations were about the risk that was involved in financial planning, especially retirement planning, but Claire gave me some really good advice regarding how to mitigate those risks.

Over the years, Claire has helped me with mortgage advice, house insurance, investments, ISAs and lately, retirement planning, and that’s given me a nice, warm feeling, I would say, in terms of my retirement.

She always asks very nice questions about my family, what my aims are, what my ambitions are, and she then tailors her services and advice towards that.

My future working with Claire and the team is assured, and I feel very relaxed and happy that all the bases are covered.

Since I’ve been working with Claire, the best piece of advice that she’s given me is regarding my retirement and to think about what I actually need, not want.
