No fee involved
We’ll use this opportunity to introduce ourselves and share more about who we are, how we work, and the range of services we offer. We’ll also clearly talk you through the costs involved.

Research and developing your plan
A fixed fee of £495
Once we’ve decided to work together, we’ll take the time to get to know you better by gathering key personal and financial details.
We’ll discuss your financial goals in more detail and uncover what matters to you, so we can tailor our recommendations and advice to fit your needs.
This service includes:
Gathering detailed information about your current financial plans, policies and any commitments
Assessing your attitude to investment risk and your preferences
Assessing whether your current financial arrangements are meeting your goals
An analysis of any existing policies or investments that you hold.
Putting your plan into place
£0 – £250,000: 3% of funds under advice
£250,000 – £1 million: 1% of funds under advice
Once you agree to the recommendations, you can choose for us to implement them on your behalf to meet your needs and objectives. This may also include any complex planning, such as trust work.
This service includes:
Completing the relevant applications and any additional information required
Monitoring any applications through to product issue
Ensuring you receive the related product documentation.
Reviewing your needs
Full ongoing advice service with annual review: 1% per year of funds under advice
Full ongoing advice service with biennial review: 0.75% per year of funds under advice
We provide an ongoing service to ensure your plan continues to work for you and help meet your objectives. This ensures you have access to your financial planner and our team at any time.
Depending on your needs, preferences and budget, you can choose to receive your regular review annually or biennially.
This service includes:
Annual valuation report of your investments with a reconfirmation of their suitability in meeting your objectives
A full personal review and progress check of your financial objectives to ensure those objectives remain on track
Reconfirmation of the suitability of your arrangements
A review of your other needs, including protection and inheritance planning
A review of your beneficiaries, trusts and Power of Attorney needs
Carrying out any administration in line with your agreed financial plan on your behalf.
An example of an ongoing service charge with an annual review
If you have invested £100,000, your annual ongoing service charge would be £1,000
An example of an ongoing service charge with a biennial review
If you have invested £100,000, your annual ongoing service charge would be £750 If you have invested £100,000, your annual ongoing service charge would be £750
Face-to-face meetings will take place in our Shifnal office, where we have three meeting rooms. Home appointments are possible depending on your location. We also offer appointments via Teams or phone.
