The first thing we’ll do is sit down and talk about your goals, discuss why you’ve come to us and help you understand your position. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or have been through the process before, this no-obligation meeting held at our expense is a crucial part of the process.

02 Research your options

Once you confirm you're happy to proceed, we’ll begin the process of researching your options, helping you to understand what you can afford to borrow, what funds you will need for your deposit and purchase fees, then look to secure your mortgage in principle.

03 Mortgage application

Once you are ready to proceed with your mortgage, we’ll carefully search the market to find the right mortgage options. We’ll then provide you with details about the lender and how much you can borrow. When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll take care of the rest, handling the application process on your behalf.

04 Supporting you to completion

We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, providing regular updates, we will liaise with your estate agents and solicitor throughout the process. We’ll let you know when the lender has completed the property survey and issued the mortgage offer. We’ll also take the time to discuss options for protecting you and your property, ensuring you’re fully covered.
