How long have you worked in financial services?
I joined CD Financial nine years ago when I moved to Shifnal with my family. When I first joined, it was a team of three, and over the years it has grown to seven of us. In this time, I have gained qualifications in financial administration and completed my ILM in Leadership and Management.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy working as part of a busy growing team and supporting the financial planners when building a plan for our clients. This leads into assisting our lovely clients throughout their journey to retirement and beyond.
How do you help clients?
I assist our financial planners with administrative tasks and support our clients, guiding them from their initial meeting through to ongoing service.
What do you get up to on the weekend?
I enjoy exercising, spending time with family, weekends away in my VW and socialising with friends.
