A quick Q&A with Leanne
How long have you worked in financial services?
I’ve worked in financial services, in different guises, for 25 years. My journey began in banking, followed by a brief time at Birmingham Crown Court. From there, I moved into the secured loans sector, then on to mortgages and protection, including lifetime mortgages. Eventually, I found my focus in pensions and investments.
How do you help clients?
Some of my most rewarding days are spent meeting with clients and learning about their lives, their families, and their dreams. I thoroughly enjoy helping clients achieve something they never thought possible – maybe buying their first home, moving home, or guiding them towards the retirement of their dreams.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I love spending time getting to know my clients, understanding their unique goals, values, and challenges.
What do you get up to on the weekend?
When I’m not running a taxi service for the kids, and their friends, I can usually be found curled up with a crochet hook and a ball of yarn.
